Having qualified as a chartered accountant at Arthur Andersen, Martin became the founder and global managing partner of the corporate finance firm. Martin has been involved in several leading edge private and public technology companies, as a director, adviser and/or investor. He is also a founding (non-ex) director of a life science investment firm NCL Technology Ventures.
Stephen Dunford

Over 20 years experience as a founder, CEO, investor, fund raiser and chairman of multiple tech businesses ranging from social media, conversational AI, mobile communications and business applications. He has grown companies from start up through to successful exits. Acquirers include Qualcomm, Nortel, Xerox and Sonos.He has developed strategy, built cohesive teams, re-structured businesses and aligned management and investors around common goals.
Robert Galvin

Managing Director
Robert began his career at Barclays PLC, moving into the investment banking arm, BZW, to focus on M&A advisory and capital markets. In 1998, he joined Martin at Arthur Andersen and led efforts to consolidate the corporate finance business, from New York and London.
He has been advising companies for over 25 years, with a focus on healthcare, sustainability and tech space.
Issam Abu-Aisheh

Having completed his undergraduate at the London School of Economics, Issam pursued a career in public and private capital markets in the MENA region including growing a diversified industries family office. In 2016, he went back to the UK to pursue his MBA at Saïd Business School - University of Oxford. Since then, he has been involved in the UK's tech sector and is currently an advisor to several tech startups in the UK and the Middle East.
